Parageaph 2 of he Club's Constitution outlines the procedure people muust follow to become a member of the Club must follow, as shown below;​

Membership of the Club shall be open to everyone aged 11 years and over, to anyone interested in recreational or competitive running and athletics activities where facilities permit, regardless of sex, disability, ethnicity, race, nationality, sexual orientation, occupation, religion, political or other beliefs, subject to:

a.         Applicants are eligible for either first or second claim or associate membership as defined in the rules of British Athletics or its successors.

b.         Individuals joining the Club must complying with the following procedures:

1. A club’s Registration Form having been completed within the first week of attendance;

2. A Club’s membership application form being completed and annual membership fee paid within four weeks of the completion of the registration form.

3. Once the completed forms are received and membership fee paid, the Club will comply with its obligations required by the Data Protection Act, and personal information will not be released, other than for:

i). Notification of Club activities;

ii). Registration of membership with England Athletics and/or UK: Athletics and in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy.

4.         Membership will be withheld where applicants fail to pay the annual membership at the time of applying for membership of the Club.

c.   Every candidate for membership shall be admitted provided they have complied with  the procedures in sub-paragraph b). above, failure to do so would be contrary to the best interests of the sport or the good conduct and interests of the Club.

d.         By becoming a member of the Club, every member agrees to abide by:

1.         The Club’s Constitution and Rules;

2.         The Rules of Competition and other rules and regulations of UK Athletics Limited; and

3.         The rules and regulations of England Athletics Limited.
